Established in 1973 when business partners of Jaycees incorporated Prestige Holdings Limited (PHL), its first major acquisition was the Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise. The first KFC restaurant was opened in 1973 in St James and there are now fifty five restaurants across Trinidad and Tobago.

We continue to grow the business both on the basis of internal organic growth of the Brands we operate and also through acquiring strong International Brands to complement our offering to our consumers.
