In 2025, Rosco Procom Ltd. proudly celebrated 75 years of business excellence, a journey that began in 1950 as English Drilling Equipment Company Ltd. (Edeco). Originally founded to localize oilfield equipment distribution, the company rapidly evolved, rebranding as Rosco Sales Ltd. and later joining the Agostini Group of Companies in 1995. While our history is rooted in strategic growth, including the 2005 merger that formed Rosco Petroavance Ltd., our most transformative milestone came with the recent amalgamation of Rosco Petroavance Ltd. and Process Components Ltd. (Procom) in 2021. This union created a further dynamic entity and our current business name, Rosco Procom Ltd.

Expanding its regional footprint in 2025, Rosco Procom partnered with the Beharry Group to launch Beharry RPL Inc. Through this venture, Rosco Procom now delivers its comprehensive portfolio and expertise directly to Guyana, providing dedicated solutions for the nation’s growing Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.
