Sou Sou Land Co-operative Society Ltd is a non-profit co-operative society based in Trinidad & Tobago, dedicated to helping landless and low-income families access affordable land and secure tenure rights. Founded on the principles of community empowerment and shared opportunity, the society works to create meaningful land solutions for individuals and families who would otherwise be excluded from home ownership and land access.

Our mission is to provide land at affordable prices to those in need while promoting inclusive decision-making and transparent practices in land distribution. We believe that safe and secure land tenure is essential for personal dignity, economic stability, and community development — and that everyone should have the chance to build a home and a future on land they can call their own.

Over the years, Sou Sou Land has partnered with community groups, stakeholders, and individuals to support land access initiatives and advocate for meaningful land reform both locally and regionally.
