We are one of the Caribbean’s largest plastic pipes and fittings manufacturers supplying the hub’s needs with both manufactured and complementary products and service items. The company opened its doors 35 years ago, and we have been operating as a family-run chain of hardware that evolved to manufacturing in the plumbing sector in 2017. Our products are of the best quality, and we specialise in customer service to ensure we meet every customer’s needs.

As a relatively new manufacturer, we aim to innovate and add value to the markets. Although our current export markets have been favourable, we aim to expand outside our networks and make inroads to new territories. One week into the first Covid-19 pandemic lockdown in March 2020, New Wave Marketing became ISO 9001:2015 certified, thus giving us a competitive edge to explore globally. Moreover, pre-covid our PVC pipes became certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), achieving the NSF-14 standard, a dual standard approved for the health effects of drinking water pipes and structural physical performance. This NSF-14 standard was created in 1965, and it is often referred to as the Uniform Plumbing Code.
